Wood Mouldings

Given below are a sampling of the mouldings that are possible. With our custom knife grinding capabilities, we can reproduce any moulding design within the limitations of the machinery. We can, also, supply any quantity necessary. There is no minimum order and we have the ability to produce in large quantities.

For painted finishes, mouldings can be finished with a coat of white primer and sanded for final finishing. This prepares the product and eliminates part of the finishing process.

Our milling facility includes an Ogam rip saw, a five headed Wadkin moulder, a 37" wide belt sander, 30" Wide planer, and a Holt-Her edgebander. With the edgebander, we offer edgebanding of plywood parts cut to your specifications. We can supply plywood for cabinet making projects that require a finished edge. Plywood is available in 1/2" and 3/4". Species available includes oak, cherry, maple, birch, baltic birch, and poplar.
